  • Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

  • Since our products are in-stock and not custom-made, most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.


2. Delivery Time

  • Our delivery window is 1 to 15 business days, depending on the shipping destination and service selected.


3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted global carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • UPS

All shipments include tracking numbers, which are provided via email once your order is dispatched.


4. Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum purchase required.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

We do not charge any additional fees for international orders.
However, some countries may impose local customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

That said, we do our best to minimize or eliminate these charges whenever possible.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we ship through reliable carriers, Ice Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen events.
