Refund & Return Policy

At Ice Luxury, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and watches. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons related to change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
The product arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong item
There is a manufacturer-related issue with the jewelry or watch
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
You must have a Video of Unboxing of Item you received from Start to End with Showing product in hand and highlight any damage or any other problem with product.
Video should be in single cut without multiple frames.
2. How to Request a Return
If you meet the return criteria above, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days
You have to send us video of unboxing the product to eligible for refund
Please do not send your product back without contacting us first.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Products that have been worn or used
Custom or personalized pieces
Items returned after 3 days of delivery
Sale or clearance items
